Choose the correct form
- I planned this yesterday. I will / am going to visit my sister on Sunday.
- “I can’t carry this box.” “I will / am going to help you.”

- She decided last week. She will / is going to study English.

The two forms can overlap in real English. Here, use the clear situation to practise the basic difference.
